Platform Service Incident History

We are currently mitigating a DDOS attack on our systems, which is having an affect on site performance. 

We are working on adding extra capacity to handle the attack.

Analytics pages for logged-in providers have been timing out and displaying a 504 error. 

For 25 minutes, creating a Bitcoin order resulted in an error. This has now been resolved. 

Some users encountered errors when uploading large files (e.g. verification photos) during signup. This caused onboarding to fail with a 413 "Uh Oh! Content too Large" error message.

The underlying configuration issue has been fixed, and systems are fully operational. If you experienced errors during this period, please retry your signup or upload - it should now successfully upload.

We experienced an issue that caused some profile images not to load. As this is being resolved, images may load slowly across the platform.
