Major outageFor 25 minutes, creating a Bitcoin order resulted in an error. This has now been resolved.

Major outageSome users encountered errors when uploading large files (e.g. verification photos) during signup. This caused onboarding to fail with a 413 "Uh Oh! Content too Large" error message.
The underlying configuration issue has been fixed, and systems are fully operational. If you experienced errors during this period, please retry your signup or upload - it should now successfully upload.
