Friday April 3 and Monday April 6 are public holidays for most of our team. Wait times are anticipated to increase to 7 days for new profile approval and profile resubmissions.

Most ticket response times will be longer around this weekend. Our team will be prioritising urgent issues like account access and compromises, billing, and resolving warnings that have taken accounts offline. Photo approval will also be prioritised.
