Wait times for new profile approval are currently much higher than usual, with a median of about 21 days. Our team is working on hiring, training, and improving processes to get new profiles online more quickly, but some challenges mean delays are likely to continue for at least a few more weeks. We're catching up as quickly as we can.

For now, please only create a ticket when you've been waiting at least 24 days. We handle requests in chronological order, so making new requests will not speed up processing your profile.
