Most staff have returned from the end-of-year break, and wait times are beginning to decrease again.

Currently, the median wait time for new account approval is 3 days, and 80% of new accounts are approved within 10 days.

Staffing levels will continue to be lower until January 6, and minor delays are likely to continue.
